Terms of Service
Last updated 22 August 2026.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of anyoral.com and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by ANYORAL, 12-14 Canterbury Road West, Lara, Victoria 3212, Australia. Contact support@anyoral.com or 489980256.
Our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery page form part of these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and screen calibration varies, so actual colour may differ from what you see. Measurements given in our Size Guide are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Natural fibres such as linen crease in wear; this is a property of the cloth and not a defect.
Nothing in this section limits the guarantees described in section 10.
4. Pricing and currency
All prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are shopping from outside Australia, your card issuer converts the amount at its own rate on the day of the transaction and may add a foreign transaction fee. We have no control over that rate or fee.
Prices shown on product pages are exclusive of tax. Any GST or other tax that applies to your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. The total shown on the checkout page is the amount that will be charged.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
5. Errors in pricing or description
Despite reasonable care, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we are not obliged to supply at the wrong price. If we discover such an error after accepting your order we will contact you, give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel, and refund you in full if you cancel or if we cannot reach you.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept the order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch notice.
We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, where we are unable to ship to your address, or where doing so would breach these terms or applicable law. If we cancel an accepted order we refund you in full.
7. Availability
A product appearing on the site is not a guarantee that it is in stock. Where an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund in full.
8. Delivery
We currently ship to Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery elsewhere. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and run from dispatch rather than from the date you order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address; we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. These are your responsibility, are payable by you on arrival, and are not collected or refunded by us.
9. Returns and cancellation
Your rights to return, cancel and obtain a refund are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the 30-day change-of-mind window, the statutory guarantees available to Australian consumers, and the 14-day statutory cancellation right available to consumers in the United Kingdom.
10. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Subject to those guarantees and to any other rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, and to the extent permitted by law: our total liability arising from or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Your use of the site
You agree not to use the site to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation or security, to extract data by automated means without our written consent, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.
12. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photographs, layout, graphics and the ANYORAL name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
14. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
15. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have.
16. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural events, industrial action, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. Where such an event occurs we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund of amounts paid for goods not yet dispatched.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own place of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
